How to Request a Return

You must include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you want to return
  3. The reason for return

Do not send any items back without first contacting us. We will provide the correct return shipping address and instructions.

Note: Original shipping charges are never refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns – we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Types of Refunds

Full Refund (100% of item price)

  • Item is unused, original condition, within 30 days

Partial Refund (50–75% of item price)

  • Item shows minor signs of use (e.g., tried on, no tags)
  • Returned after 30 days but within 45 days

No Refund

  • Item is worn, washed, stained, or damaged by customer
  • Item is non-returnable (socks, intimates, final sale)
  • Return requested after 45 days

Refund Method

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot refund to a different card or send cash.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged or defective item (tears, stains, broken seams)
  • The wrong product or wrong size
  • Missing items from your order

We will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Send a replacement item (or)
