- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return
Do not send any items back without first contacting us. We will provide the correct return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Note: Original shipping charges are never refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns – we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Types of Refunds
Full Refund (100% of item price)
- Item is unused, original condition, within 30 days
Partial Refund (50–75% of item price)
- Item shows minor signs of use (e.g., tried on, no tags)
- Returned after 30 days but within 45 days
No Refund
- Item is worn, washed, stained, or damaged by customer
- Item is non-returnable (socks, intimates, final sale)
- Return requested after 45 days
Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot refund to a different card or send cash.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged or defective item (tears, stains, broken seams)
- The wrong product or wrong size
- Missing items from your order
